The items on Nela Zisser’s breakfast table added up to a whopping 10,782 calories, but the model and competitive eater from New Zealand was undeterred.
Nela prepared 20 jumbo eggs, 1kg bacon, 500g sausages, four muffins, four tomatoes, 250g mushrooms, 250m full-fat cream, 400g butter and 50g tomato chutney.
The university student can be seen cooking and then eating the enormous breakfast in a 17-minute video called the ‘massive 10,000 calorie English breakfast challenge’ with a timer next to her.
She completed the challenge in 42 minutes and 27 seconds.
Nela later wrote on her YouTube channel how she loved having a variety of foods to eat rather than huge quantities of the same thing and that it will “definitely” be a challenge she would attempt again in the future.
