Maharashtra is the state in India and has a long coastline stretching nearly 720 km on the Arabian Sea. Most of the hill stations of the state are in the Western Ghats and many waterfalls are famous here and many small waterfalls are not famous publicly. The forest comprises 17% of the total area of the states with natural diversity, waterfalls are visited by thousands of tourists every year and becoming popular.
