National Geographic Travel Photographer of the YearHong Kong’s Anthony Lau has been awarded the top prize in the 2016 National Geographic Travel Photographer of the Year.  competition. Lau’s photograph titled “Winter Horseman,” of a horseman riding through snow in Inner Mongolia, was selected from thousands of entries submitted. He won a seven-day Polar Bear Photo Safari for two at Churchill Wild–Seal River Heritage Lodge, a National Geographic Unique Lodge of the World in Manitoba, Canada.
